The Middletown Police Department says that when officers arrived Monday at the property owned by 48-year-old James Rhein's wife, they found him using an excavator to knock down the house. Police say the battery-operated drone carrying 3 kilos of the drug crashed in a Tijuana parking lot about a mile from the U.S. border. That weight turned out to be a problem.Alleged iPad thieves make big mistake: Two men in Houston, Texas, are accused of stealing $5,000 in cash and an iPad from a parked car.
